About online hours

Hi,

I have definitely been online for 12+ hours but the forum is showing only 6.
For 6 hours it updated as 0 hours, 3 hours, 6 hours and after that there is no update in past 2-3 days. Can admin team fix this issue? It will be a great help

You can try the following:
Close the session, and re-enter CraxMe after a few hours of waiting.
The system should total the accumulated hours and show the updated online hours.
If the update does not occur, please let us know so we can inform the Administration.

I am also facing same problem. Even though I spent over an hour reading various threads my online activity is stuck!

Hi.. I logged in after 4 hours just to find disappointment. I was online for more than 1 hour today. Not a single minute got added.

I too have faced the problem but lately I have not paid much attention.

This is a common occurrence and quite mystifying- I had the same issue myself a few weeks ago. Rest assured that the hours will be logged, but how and when the system log gets updated will remain a mystery.
