How can any one say that people who r only downloading can harm to forum...Though downloading is easy job, posting is not,especially pirated e-books.

As far as I understand the people behind the latest move to restrict download functions used a security reason. In my opinion - how they justified later on - they want to motivate the members to contribute in many different topics in order to achieve more posts per members/forum.
