Previous account issue

Sorry to bother you all again. But my previous issue has not been resolved yet. My previous account id was niya. I was logged in to the accout from my laptop. But some time back it crashed and so I had to format it. I have forgotten the password. I have tried to go through the option of forgot my password but no mail had come to my account. Today I tried to login in with the email id and tried to retrieve the password but it said a mail was sent to my account. I checked all the folders including spam and trash as well as the social section but there is no mail. It had said I should change my password in 3 days. But as I can't login yet so it seems impossible. I love this forum a lot so I don't want to lose my previous account. So I am earnestly requesting you to look into the matter. Please help.

Now try "Forgot Password' option again. If you doesn't get the mail then I already sent you a message to recover your account. Check your Private Messages in Craxme. If you provide correct details then we will reset your password as soon as possible.
