User Group rank credit issue

Dear Admin,

I found some point miss configure on forum.please find the update where minor error are visible.

1. As per my knowledge , if user rank is promoted from newbie to junior member then more facility should unlock and more @credit point , more @Allow the number of @name  , increase @Max attach size and @Max signature length  

But in the new forum , it is reverse order.
