Hi there. I am new here. but i can not understand how to increase point. Without increasing it I can not collect 30 points and i can not access reading room. can anybody help me? What can I do to increase my credit points?

The credit points are the result of the application of the following formula: (time online / 3) ╋ (number of posts x 0.5)... But, to access the Reading Room section, you do not need to accumulate points, but only enough hours online and participation (posts or replies), as it is established ► HERE ◄.
That is why it is important that you read carefully and fully the established conditions.
As you will understand, because we respected the users who made the effort to comply with the established requirements, no exceptions apply.

Thank you sir for helping me. I have one doubt. According to rule if I want to request for accessing reading room I should spent 20 hours and 20 post (thread/reply). Right sir? According to your another reply after posting thread only the first 12 minutes will count as my spending time. So I have to count according to this formula before request to join reading room? Right sir?

You must accumulate 20 hours online and 20 posts, both requirements are necessary and mandatory compliance.
In fact, the calculation of online hours is carried out according to this procedure every 12 minutes and the updating of the total hours online is done on a regular but not immediate basis. The number of posts is updated immediately.
Regardless of the credit points obtained, to access the Reading Room section, only online hours (20) and accumulated posts (20) are taken into account, and you should not forget to assign an image to your user profile.
