Can not upload book

I have been unsuccessfully trying to upload the biography of Kurt Cobain, "[color=rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.87)]Heavier Than Heaven" by Charles R. Cross. The size of the file is 12 Mb. However, I am getting a message that it exceeds the max size limit of attachment.


Please advise.

The Administration is aware of the difficulties to upload files.
Very surely the problem will be solved soon.
