SMALL FILES NOT GETTING UPLOADED

TODAY ( 06-02-2019)  I TRIED TO POST FILES OF BOOKS - LESS THAN 14MB, MANY TIMES, BUT THE MESSAGE COMES THAT IT HAS FAILED AS THE SIZE IS MORE.

NOW I TRIED TO UPLOAD A BOOK FRONT - JPEG IMAGE FILE OF 137 KB, BUT THE SAME MESSAGE COMES THAT THE FILE IS ABOVE 14MB, AND UPLOAD FAILS.

PL SEE URGENTLY.

I am facing the similar issue.

I tried to upload the books with different file formats which are less than 14.6 mb size (max allowed limit) however, only .epub got uploaded, for rest of the file formats, I get an error. Book cover got posted without any issue though.

I'm Having the same problem since yesterday .... even file sizes of 500 KB don't get attached

Same issue, but willing to submit troubleshooting observations:
07 FEB: Replying to existing thread, using Image icon to insert small JPG failed
08 FEB: Creating new author thread, everything worked fine
08 FEB: Replying to existing thread, Advanced Mode, Attach icon failed for small EPUB.
09 FEB: In lieu of no Admin update and previous new thread success, I tried another new thread, but small Image failed.

The Administration is already aware of the difficulties that are occurring, hopefully soon find a solution.
