How to earn points? How ro be a member?

Upto now i have got just one point. By this speed i will hardly be able to collect 30 points to be junior member even after month, then what is use of this if i am not able to share and read. I am restricted to visit most of threads neither able to comment. Then how to be a member and download content. After uc form was closed i was not able to access ebooks, finally i found this and became happy to see, but disappointed that i am not able to download and by these rules i dont think i'll be able to download soon even i be online all the time.
