Unable to upload images and books

please Help me i am unable to upload images and ebooks even though they are of required size and format...Showing some IOS error since 15-20 days...hope it is resolved soon so that i can upload books...eagerly waiting

When I am trying to upload books of even 10mb size, it's showing exceeds limit, even though limit is 24.4mb.
I think, the technical team should look into the matter.

still no progress...cannot upload...showing error....WHY?
