Video Room

Hi,

I am not technically a newbie but I don't know exactly where should I seek for help in this regard. I can not access any video attachment in the video room. Can anybody plz forgive my technological incompetency and explain to me why? Looking for some guidance here.

What error you got in video room? It will be easier to help if you provide more details.

I am not sure whether it can be called an error. 'Your usergroup does not have permission to access attachments" -this message is there wherever the attachments are supposed to be. Don't know why.:-(

We fixed it. Now check again. You will be able to download attachments.
