Regarding Book Upload..

Dear Admin,
I want to upload some books to Forum. But I couldn't able to do it on mobile browser.
Is it necessary to upload the books via computer or laptop?
Or is there any particular browser which I can use for this purpose on mobile device?
Please guide me in this matter...
